Customer Reviews
Easy setup, good signal
Got the Prepaid Allnet Flat S. SIM arrived fast. Activation was quick online. Signal is strong everywhere I go. No issues so far, happy with it.
Smooth order, late delivery
I ordered the Samsung Galaxy A54 with a new SIM-Karte. The ordering process on the website was clear and simple, no confusing steps. Confirmation email came right away. Delivery took 6 days to reach me, which was a bit longer than I expected. The phone itself arrived in perfect condition and setup was straightforward. Customer support was helpful when I called about the delivery delay. The network coverage has been solid since I started using it. Just wish shipping was a touch faster.
Reliable mobile service
I've been with Congstar for years, and they're consistently good. Just ordered another 'Allnet Flat mit GB+' for my wife, and the process was smooth, just like my previous orders. Delivery took about 3 days, which is standard. Always get good network coverage, though sometimes the app can be a bit slow to load.
Good mobile plan, quick setup
I got the Allnet Flat mit GB+. Activation was straightforward. My new SIM-Karte arrived fast. The network quality is good. Only minor thing was the website loading a bit slow sometimes.
Great value on new plan
I was looking for a new mobile plan and found Congstar. I got the Allnet Flat mit GB+ and it felt like a really good deal. The data amount for the price was better than other providers I checked. I saved a bit on the setup fee too, which was a nice bonus. Definitely worth what I paid.
Love my new phone!
I ordered the Apple iPhone and it's fantastic! The delivery was super fast, got it in two days. Setting it up with my existing Congstar plan was a breeze. I'm so happy with the phone and the service! I'll definitely be shopping here again for future upgrades. My friends need to check them out! The only tiny thing was tracking information updated a bit late.
Smooth switch, decent service
I switched from O2 to Congstar for their Prepaid Allnet Flat M. The ordering process online was easy to follow, and the SIM-Karte arrived in about 3 days. Porting my old number took 4 days to reach Austin, which was within their estimated time. Customer support was helpful when I called about activating the eSIM; they guided me through it quickly. The network coverage has been solid so far, no dropped calls. My only small issue was the initial setup instructions could have been clearer for eSIMs.
Reliable internet, delivery could improve
I ordered the Homespot 100 and it's been performing well for my home internet needs. The setup was fairly easy, and the speed is consistent. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about my bill. My main critique is that the delivery estimate was a bit off, it took an extra day. Overall, a good value for the price, but they could work on more precise shipping updates.

Is it worth getting the Homespot thing from Congstar or should I just stick with a regular DSL/fiber plan? Need something reliable for home internet.
Saw a discount code floating around for a free setup fee. Where do I actually type that in when I'm ordering? Couldn't find a clear spot.
Hey, thinking about switching to Congstar for my phone plan. How long does it actually take to get my old number transferred over? Don't want to be without a number for days.
Hey guys, thinking of switching to Congstar. How long does it actually take to port my old number over? I kinda need my phone for work.
Looking at an iPhone 15 on their site, but thinking about getting it refurbished instead. Anyone have experience with their refurbished phones? Are they actually good quality?
Does Congstar use the Telekom network? Or is it like, a different one entirely? Trying to figure out if coverage will be good where I live.
I'm looking at one of their prepaid plans. Is it true they use the Telekom network? I heard that somewhere and if so, the coverage should be decent.
I saw something about a student discount for Congstar plans. How do I even get that? Is there a special code or something I need?
